Ingredients:
2 oz. Beach Whiskey Island Coconut
.75 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Coconut Cream
Technique:
Muddle mint, simple syrup and lime in glass. Add ice first then add remaining ingredients. Top with a splash of club soda.
