Ingredients:
2 oz. Beach Whiskey Island Coconut
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
8 Blueberries
6 Mint Leaves
Technique:
Muddle blueberries and mint in a shaker, add liquid ingredients and shake hard. Strain over ice
